OuterGlobe is a unique arts management and consultancy resource, founded by popular UK DJ Debbie Golt.

Debbie Golt is a cultural activist who wears many hats. Whether as writer, dj or artist manager, Debbie remains committed to profiling the international sounds of contemporary and traditional performers from around the globe.

A former Chair of Women in Music, the national organisation that profiles women's achievements in all areas of music, Debbie is on the editorial board of their website www.womeninmusic.org.uk and is currently advising on a concert to profile WiM's recent commission scheme for women composers and performers which she was instrumental in setting up and was on the panel selecting award winners. She is also an advisor for Modal, the networking and conference organisation for music beyond the mainstream.

Over the years Debbie has assisted many artists including the phenomenal Weird MC, Africa's First Laydee of Hip Hop and MoMo - Music of Moroccan Origin, who have both enjoyed prestigious showcases at the international global music expo

Other groups OuterGlobe is working with include brilliant upcoming Asian broken beats producers/DJs Fusing Naked Beats aka DJ Asif and MRT. Debbie also places musicians and artists in educational settings.

Programmed music and coordinated PR for Africa @ Whiteleys festival, Promotion/PR partner in HALF THE SKY - the first women's promotions company to work with female African and global-vibes musicians (with occasional tours featuring men). Introduced OUMOU SANGARE to UK, toured Stella Chiweshe and Ami Koita securing high profile press. Presented showcases including Cinderella, Adeola, Sandira, Caroline Trettine, Well Oiled Sisters, Die Cheerleader, DJ Ritu, and Spinning Jennies. Programmed Portobello Festival global music (co-founder of Festival). Promoted Rock Against Racism Youth Sound System clashes.
